Customer Success Team Leader

About the role

We are a fast‑growing VC‑backed technology company seeking a hands‑on Customer Success Team Leader to drive adoption and value for our international client base. In this player‑coach position you will both manage a global team of Customer Success Managers and own a portfolio of key accounts, guiding them through complex AI implementations and demonstrating clear ROI.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and support an international team of Customer Success Managers, fostering a consultative, value‑driven culture.
• Own a book of business, partnering with strategic accounts to understand financial and operational workflows.
• Drive AI implementation projects and professional services engagements, ensuring successful onboarding, training and adoption.
• Conduct regular business reviews that quantify operational goals, financial returns and business value.
• Act as the primary escalation point for international customer issues, providing strategic guidance to resolve blockers.
• Monitor account health, usage and engagement data to proactively mitigate churn and identify growth opportunities.
• Collect and relay customer feedback to Product and Operations teams to influence the platform roadmap.

Required profile

• Player‑coach mentality: enjoys direct customer interaction while leading a team.
• Strong background in management consulting, fintech, implementation or project‑oriented environments.
• Proven analytical ability to discuss financial metrics, ROI and complex software implementations.
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
