Bilingual Finance Analyst (Spanish-English)

About the role

The Finance Analyst will support both accounting operations and financial analysis within a luxury travel environment. Reporting to management, the role ensures fiscal integrity, compliance, and provides strategic insight to drive business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries, general‑ledger reconciliations and month‑end close reports.
• Support financial forecasting, budgeting and variance analysis.
• Assist with audit preparation, tax filings and regulatory compliance.
• Review invoices, expense reports and payments for accuracy.
• Analyze financial data to identify cost efficiencies and revenue opportunities.
• Maintain financial models and reports for management.
• Collaborate with other departments on operational and capital planning.
• Ensure adherence to accounting principles and internal controls.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in accounting or financial analysis.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and corporate finance fundamentals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C1) and Spanish.
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical mindset and ability to meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with financial systems such as NetSuite, SAP or QuickBooks.
