Bilingual Student Success Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Student Success Specialist to be the primary point of contact for our international student community. The role combines student support, administrative coordination, and financial follow‑up to ensure a smooth and successful learning experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to student inquiries via phone, WhatsApp and email, providing first‑level technical assistance for educational platforms.
• Coordinate academic issues with instructors or tutors and track resolutions.
• Review, verify and manage official documentation, keeping student files compliant with institutional standards.
• Monitor payment plans, handle declined or delayed transactions, and maintain accurate financial records.
• Identify at‑risk students, execute retention and re‑engagement strategies, and promote additional certifications or program extensions.

Required profile

• Technical degree or technologist diploma, preferably in engineering, architecture or related fields.
• At least 2 years of experience in customer service, academic support, collections, student success or consultative sales.
• Fluent English (spoken and written) with the ability to communicate professionally with students worldwide.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience with CRM systems.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems such as Moodle.
