Brand & Web Designer

About the role

Second Rodeo is looking for a versatile Brand & Web Designer to serve as the shared design resource across its suite of GTM agencies. The role is internal‑focused, creating visual assets that are delivered to clients daily, and blends graphic, video, audio and web design responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Design ad creative for LinkedIn, Meta, Google, TikTok and Reddit campaigns.
• Create social media graphics, carousels and visual assets for content teams.
• Produce sales decks, one‑pagers, battle cards and proposal templates.
• Develop event materials, branded collateral and merchandise concepts.
• Generate data visualisations, dashboard mockups and report templates.
• Edit full‑length podcast episodes (audio & video) and cut short‑form clips for social platforms.
• Perform basic motion graphics, text overlays and audio cleanup for podcasts.
• Build and maintain client landing pages and marketing sites in Framer and Webflow, ensuring responsive, conversion‑focused layouts.
• Update existing sites based on campaign performance and create embedded graphics, interactive elements and email templates.

Required profile

• Strong portfolio demonstrating ad creative, social assets, brand collateral and presentation design.
• Ability to work across multiple clients and agencies simultaneously with minimal supervision.
• Self‑directed, able to take a creative brief and deliver high‑quality output.
