About the role

NeoWork is seeking a Senior Video Editor to join a fast‑moving consumer brand’s creative engine for paid social. This is a 100% remote contractor role focused on high‑volume, short‑form video production that drives performance.

Key responsibilities

• Edit short‑form social and performance video content at high speed and volume.
• Work primarily in CapCut and AI‑assisted editing tools as core parts of the workflow.
• Interpret creative briefs and execute independently with minimal back‑and‑forth.
• Document editing workflows and SOPs to enable future handoff or automation.
• Collaborate closely with the Media Buyer to align output with ad‑testing cycles.

Required profile

• Proven experience editing short‑form paid‑social or DTC/e‑commerce performance content.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast‑moving environments and adapting to evolving toolsets.
• Strong documentation habits and ability to codify personal workflows.
• Genuine curiosity about AI in creative production and willingness to experiment.
