Business Development Manager

About the role

LBX is seeking a Business Development Manager with experience in the forex or crypto industry to expand its network of Introducing Broker (IB) partners. You will play a key role in acquiring new partners, managing relationships, and driving growth for the broker.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire and onboard new Introducing Broker (IB) partners.
• Manage relationships with existing partners to build loyalty and ensure KPI achievement.
• Conduct due diligence and present LBX’s products, services, and cooperation terms.
• Consult partners' staff on sales strategies and monitor their performance.
• Prepare monthly performance reports and resolve partner issues with a positive approach.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of business development experience in brokerage, cryptocurrency exchange or neobank.
• Strong understanding of international financial markets, preferably foreign exchange.
• Business‑level fluency in spoken and written English.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and conflict‑resolution skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Solid knowledge of MS Office applications.
