About the role

As a Business Development Manager – Partners, you will lead the expansion of Pepperstone’s partner network across Latin America. You will nurture strategic relationships, drive growth, and ensure partners have the tools and support needed for success.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute partnership strategies for key regional markets.
  • Manage relationships with Introducing Brokers, affiliates, fund managers and other strategic partners.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the partner ecosystem.
  • Support commercial negotiations and maintain long‑term partner relationships.
  • Coordinate with marketing, sales, compliance and support teams to deliver an excellent partner experience.
  • Monitor partner performance using metrics such as trading volume, active clients and revenue.
  • Organise and attend industry events, seminars and conferences.
  • Stay informed on trading industry trends, regulations and competitor activities.

Required profile

  • Experience in partner management, account management, institutional sales or business development within the financial sector, preferably with trading, CFD brokers or fintechs.
  • Strong understanding of financial products including Forex, CFDs, commodities, indices and cryptocurrencies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with capability to track and report KPIs.
  • Advanced English and Spanish (Portuguese a plus).
  • Willingness to travel and represent the company at events.
  • Alignment with Pepperstone values and commitment to continuous learning.
