HR Business Partner / People Operations Lead

About the role

Hyprwork is seeking an HR Business Partner / People Operations Lead to own and coordinate critical People Operations functions across onboarding, employee experience, compliance, HR systems, project coordination, and performance support. The role is fully remote and requires a proactive, tech‑savvy professional who can thrive in a fast‑paced, asynchronous environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end onboarding, ensuring offers, contracts, and documentation are completed.
• Set up new hires in BambooHR and other internal platforms, and coordinate orientation sessions.
• Maintain employee lifecycle processes including changes, offboarding, and terminations while keeping records compliant.
• Serve as a trusted HR partner for employees and managers, supporting conflict resolution and performance review cycles.
• Drive People & Culture projects, track deliverables, and maintain visibility using Asana.
• Support retention, engagement, and compliance initiatives across the organization.

• Comfortable operating independently in a remote‑first, async environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust with employees and leadership.
• Critical thinker who identifies gaps early and improves processes.
