HR Data Analytics Analyst

About the role

We are seeking an HR Data Analytics Analyst to join Level60 Consulting’s team in Bogotá. In this full‑time, hybrid role you will turn HR data into actionable insights that support strategic decision‑making for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain HR dashboards and metrics to track key performance indicators.
• Collaborate with HR business partners, talent acquisition, compensation & benefits teams to understand analytical needs and deliver customized insights.
• Stay current with HR analytics trends, tools and technologies, recommending innovative solutions.
• Provide training and guidance to HR team members on data techniques and tools.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity and security across all HR analytics processes.
• Present findings, insights and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in data analysis.
• Proficiency in Tableau, statistical analysis, PrismHR, Monday.com and Microsoft Power BI.
• 1+ years of experience with Workday reporting.
• Fully fluent in English.
