Informatics Support Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Informatics Support Specialist to join our Clinical Informatics team in Medellín. The role provides operational support, reporting, documentation management and workflow optimisation for healthcare IT systems.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare KPI reports, usage metrics and operational analytics for clinical and operational teams.
• Assist with ServiceNow ticket triage, workflow support and incident resolution.
• Support documentation optimisation and flowsheet reduction initiatives.
• Create and maintain reports, documentation and process materials.
• Coordinate small‑scale healthcare IT and informatics projects.
• Collaborate with clinical, operational and technical stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare IT support, clinical informatics or a related field.
• Experience with reporting, analytics and operational metrics.
• Strong written English communication and documentation skills.
• Excellent organisational and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• ServiceNow ticketing platform.
• Epic or other EMR/EHR systems.
• Knowledge of healthcare terminology and clinical workflows.
