About the role
We are looking for a detail‑oriented Informatics Support Specialist to join our Clinical Informatics team in Medellín. The role provides operational support, reporting, documentation management and workflow optimisation for healthcare IT systems.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare KPI reports, usage metrics and operational analytics for clinical and operational teams.
- Assist with ServiceNow ticket triage, workflow support and incident resolution.
- Support documentation optimisation and flowsheet reduction initiatives.
- Create and maintain reports, documentation and process materials.
- Coordinate small‑scale healthcare IT and informatics projects.
- Collaborate with clinical, operational and technical stakeholders.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare IT support, clinical informatics or a related field.
- Experience with reporting, analytics and operational metrics.
- Strong written English communication and documentation skills.
- Excellent organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
Required skills
- ServiceNow ticketing platform.
- Epic or other EMR/EHR systems.
- Knowledge of healthcare terminology and clinical workflows.
