Market Access Value Proposition Manager

About the role

The Market Access Value Proposition Manager (VPDM) will develop and execute strategic plans, adapt value propositions and work closely with cohorts and decision‑makers to align with market drivers in the Neurosciences therapeutic area. The role also co‑leads launch readiness and drives cross‑functional teamwork to maximise portfolio impact.

Key responsibilities

• Design strategic plans for influencing cohort managers and adapting value propositions to market value drivers.
• Maintain and train the Integrated Field Team (IFT) on up‑to‑date value proposition content.
• Lead barrier management by identifying, classifying and assigning corrective actions with timelines.
• Co‑lead launch readiness activities, including mapping, activation, and internal/external training.
• Run systematic hyper‑care with PSPs, monitoring KPIs such as access, adherence and satisfaction, and trigger rapid action plans.
• Develop and execute engagement strategies for health‑management organisations (HMOs) and decision‑makers.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Health, Industrial Engineering or related field; master’s in Public Health, Health Economics or MBA highly desirable.
• Fluent in English (oral and written) with at least five years of experience in market access, commercial, government affairs or public policy within the pharmaceutical or health‑care sector.
• Strong analytical, critical‑thinking and interpersonal abilities, proven project‑ and matrix‑management experience, and capacity to work independently under deadlines.
