IT Support Analyst

About the role

CI&T is seeking an IT Support Analyst to ensure the efficient operation and maintenance of its IT infrastructure and facilities. The role supports internal stakeholders, optimises resources, and contributes to the company’s AI‑driven transformation strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Triaging and resolving first‑ and second‑line IT tickets.
• Tracking and deploying IT assets, ensuring the right equipment reaches the right users.
• Assisting global IT managers with meeting‑room hardware, event technology, and license allocation.
• Performing software updates, patches, and backups across the organisation.
• Managing onboarding and off‑boarding processes for employees.
• Monitoring infrastructure performance, conducting routine maintenance and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• Coordinating with external vendors for repairs, upgrades, and maintenance.
• Implementing security protocols to protect assets and data.
• Supporting IT projects such as office relocations, expansions, and technology upgrades.
• Contributing to AI implementation strategies to automate processes and improve efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in end‑user IT support.
• Proven ability to manage IT assets and work with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience supporting security certifications and AI‑related initiatives is a plus.
