SWE Infrastructure Specialist (JS/TS/Python) – Freelance AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a Software Engineer with deep infrastructure expertise to help train large‑scale language models. You will work on realistic cloud and platform scenarios, guiding AI to reason about architecture, scalability, and reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Interact with the model on infrastructure and platform engineering tasks using JavaScript, TypeScript, and Python.
• Verify architectural soundness, logical correctness, and code quality.
• Analyze performance bottlenecks, deployment risks, and capture reproducible failure cases.
• Suggest improvements to prompt design and evaluation metrics to strengthen model reasoning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s, master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms, infrastructure engineering, DevOps, performance analysis or QA.
• Excellent technical communication and ability to articulate system‑level trade‑offs.

What we offer
