Medical Professional for U.S. Chiropractic Patient Intake & Documentation

About the role

We are seeking a licensed medical professional to join a U.S. chiropractic office remotely. You will act as the primary point of contact for patient intake, ensuring accurate documentation and smooth communication between patients, providers, and insurers.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct patient intake calls in English and Spanish, gathering detailed health and insurance information.
• Review and verify chiropractic notes, MRI reports, and other medical records for completeness and accuracy.
• Identify missing data, documentation errors, or terminology issues and resolve them.
• Enter and update patient information in the office’s electronic systems.
• Coordinate follow‑ups with patients, imaging centers, law firms, and insurance companies.
• Assist with records requests, appointment scheduling, and case follow‑up while maintaining confidentiality.

Required profile

• Licensed medical professional (doctor, nurse, chiropractor, or physical therapist) in your home country.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish.
• Comfortable speaking with patients and collecting detailed medical information.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot documentation mistakes.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet remote work environment.
