Paid Advertising Strategist – CPG & Client Experience

About the role

The Paid Advertising Strategist will own the execution, performance and growth of paid media campaigns for CPG clients, aligning efforts with broader business goals. Working remotely, you will partner with account leadership to shape strategy, manage budgets, and deliver insights that drive measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Full ownership of performance marketing across paid social and native platforms (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Google, YouTube, Bing).
• End‑to‑end campaign build, production, optimization and reporting, ensuring on‑time delivery and error‑free execution.
• Manage client budgets, provide pacing recommendations, and conduct QA to protect revenue.
• Develop and maintain testing roadmaps, surface strategic recommendations, and escalate performance risks early.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of digital marketing experience, including 1‑2 years in an agency setting.
• Hands‑on experience with at least two paid advertising channels such as Google/Bing, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest or Snapchat.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics and Microsoft Office Suite, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
