About the role
Ansira is seeking a Media Specialist to lead paid search, programmatic, video, audio, and social media buying. The role focuses on activating media at scale across multiple channels while ensuring high‑level task management and growth.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee execution and optimization of media campaigns to meet client KPIs.
- Collaborate with media partners to recommend enhancements and explore beta opportunities.
- Work with analytics teams to validate conversion tracking and maintain data integrity.
- Partner with strategists and insights teams to shape media recommendations based on business goals.
- Vet new media platforms and provide performance insights to account teams.
Required profile
- 5+ years of account management or agency experience in media buying.
- Proven ability to grow spend and improve performance across major ad platforms.
- Strong verbal and written communication, including negotiation skills.
- Ability to report concisely to senior leadership.
