Product Designer

About the role

MAJORITY is seeking a Product Designer to join its product team in Bogotá. The role focuses on creating intuitive banking and multi‑service experiences for migrants and international users living in the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end design process, from discovery and research through prototyping and final delivery.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers and fellow designers to define problems and craft user‑centered solutions.
• Translate complex financial and communication features into clear, beautiful interfaces.
• Maintain and evolve the company Design System, ensuring consistency across all digital products.
• Advocate for inclusive and accessible design throughout the product lifecycle.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience designing consumer‑facing digital products, preferably in fintech or related domains.
• Strong portfolio that demonstrates high visual standards and end‑to‑end product thinking.
• Ability to question assumptions, seek feedback and work effectively in a multicultural team.
• Ownership mindset with an eye on technical feasibility and implementation constraints.
