About the role

MAJORITY is seeking an AI Creator to join its Marketing team in Bogotá. The role focuses on producing eye‑catching visual content for the U.S. and Latin American markets, using cutting‑edge AI design tools to accelerate creative output.

Key responsibilities

• Create high‑fidelity visual assets (videos, static images) with AI‑powered tools and workflows.
• Maintain and evolve brand design systems to ensure consistency across all channels.
• Research emerging AI design trends, test new capabilities, and document findings for the team.
• Collaborate with Creative Strategists and Growth Marketing Managers to turn campaign concepts into visual reality and iterate based on performance data.
• Produce conversion‑focused designs that perform across diverse markets and media.

Required profile

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
• 2+ years of experience creating visual content, preferably with AI assistance.
• Strong portfolio showcasing high‑quality aesthetic work across multiple formats.
• Self‑directed creative mindset with a passion for experimenting with new AI tools.
