Audiovisual Producer

About the role

High Scale is looking for an Audiovisual Producer who can own the full post‑production workflow, from raw footage to a broadcast‑ready commercial. You will blend storytelling, rhythm, and sound to create high‑impact ads for social media and Connected TV.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end post‑production, including editing, sound mixing, color grading, and motion graphics.
• Transform studio footage and user‑generated content into dynamic ads for TikTok, Reels, and CTV platforms.
• Design and mix audio, incorporating SFX, foley, and music to enhance pacing and emotion.
• Create polished motion graphics such as kinetic text and logo builds.
• Collaborate with the creative team to propose visual solutions, cuts, transitions, and effects.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of generalist post‑production experience in an agency, production house, or freelance setting.
• Comfortable wearing multiple hats: editor, sound designer, colorist, and motion designer.
• Strong sense of rhythm and storytelling through visual and audio elements.

Required skills

• Adobe Premiere Pro (mandatory)
• Adobe After Effects
• Adobe Audition
• DaVinci Resolve / Lumetri color grading
• Motion graphics creation
• Audio mixing and sound design
• Understanding of codecs, bitrates, and export settings for multiple platforms
