Digital Designer (Remote – Colombia)

About the role

We are looking for a talented Digital Designer to join Brandtech+’s global creative team. Working remotely from Colombia, you will develop visual concepts that inspire and inform across 360‑degree campaigns for a diverse portfolio of international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients, account managers and the Creative Director to understand briefs and translate them into compelling design solutions.
• Conduct design research and generate fresh ideas that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Produce end‑to‑end artwork for print (BTL, in‑store signage, visual merchandising) and digital channels (web, e‑commerce, social media).
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring quality, accuracy and timely delivery.
• Support and mentor junior team members throughout the execution process.

Required profile

• Professional experience in an agency or design studio environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of print and digital projects for client brands.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, remote setting while collaborating across global teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
