TikTok and Reels Video Editor & Content Creator

About the role

We are seeking a social‑native video editor and content creator who lives on TikTok and Instagram Reels. The role is remote, part‑time (approximately 20 hours per week) with the possibility to grow into a larger engagement. You will transform long‑form interviews, podcasts, and other footage into engaging short‑form clips that feel native to each platform.

Key responsibilities

• Turn long‑form content into native 9:16 short‑form videos for TikTok and Reels.
• Produce same‑day, mobile‑first edits for time‑sensitive moments.
• Identify editorial and viral moments without detailed clip‑by‑clip instructions.
• Add captions, music, overlays, visuals, and transitions that align with brand tone and current platform trends.
• Stay ahead of TikTok and Reels trends, formats, sounds, and editing styles.

Required profile

• Deep familiarity with Gen Z culture and the tone, pacing, and hooks that drive performance on TikTok and Reels.
• Ability to understand client strategy and make independent editorial decisions.
• Fast, reliable, and comfortable producing daily social content.
• Curious, culturally fluent, and passionate about editing high‑quality social videos.
