Production Designer

About the role

Monks is looking for a Production Designer to join its global creative team. You will apply core design principles—alignment, composition, typography—to deliver high‑quality visual assets for a variety of brand projects.

Key responsibilities

• Support ongoing projects and create graphic solutions from concept to final delivery.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Producers to ensure clarity, consistency, and quality throughout the production pipeline.
• Work alongside designers, illustrators, animators, and art directors to produce world‑class creative work.
• Maintain pixel‑perfect, error‑free ad content and coordinate with visual QA specialists.
• Organise files, layers, and folders efficiently and adhere to vendor specifications for print and digital outputs.
• Assist less‑experienced designers and contribute to process‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in production design.
• Strong eye for detail, methodical workflow, and ability to work independently when needed.
• Excellent command of English and clear communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a multicultural, remote‑friendly environment.
