Artworker – Production‑Ready Design Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Artworker who will translate design concepts into high‑quality, production‑ready artwork for both print and digital channels. The role demands technical precision, strong typography skills, and a focus on delivering commercially viable multi‑channel assets.

Key responsibilities

• Create annual reports, large‑scale enquiries, interactive forms and print‑ready artwork.
• Produce Web‑Accessibility‑compliant PDFs (WCAG standards) and 20pt PDFs.
• Perform quality checks on your own work and cross‑check colleagues’ output to ensure 100% accuracy.
• Retouch imagery, manage digital assets and adapt campaign assets across formats and regions while maintaining brand consistency.
• Utilise Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office tools to produce high‑end corporate documents.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a fast‑paced studio, focusing on annual reports and multi‑channel artwork.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications or a related field.
• Upper‑intermediate English proficiency.
• Deep knowledge of pre‑press and digital production workflows.
• Proactive attitude toward error detection and correction.
