Production Supervisor

About the role

The Production Supervisor will lead a team of Production Coordinators across multiple units in the Zona Franca Rionegro plant. The role ensures operational efficiency, safety, and quality while coordinating closely with senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage multi‑unit monitoring teams.
• Develop and implement cross‑departmental operational strategies.
• Ensure comprehensive safety and quality standards are met.
• Monitor overall production performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Facilitate communication between unit coordinators and senior management.
• Conduct performance evaluations for Production Coordinators.
• Manage complex operational challenges and support problem‑solving initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Operations Management, or related field.
• 7‑10 years of leadership experience in manufacturing environments.
• Advanced certifications in Operational Management preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and strategic problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work in diverse manufacturing settings and use personal protective equipment.
• Reports to the Production Manager and interacts with cross‑functional departments.
