Reefer Carrier Sales Representative

About the role

We are expanding our team and need an experienced Reefer Carrier Sales Representative to source and manage refrigerated capacity across North America. The role focuses on building strong relationships with reefer carriers and delivering reliable transportation solutions for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Source capacity for refrigerated freight across North America.
• Build and maintain relationships with reefer carriers.
• Identify and develop new lanes and capacity opportunities.
• Negotiate rates and secure reliable transportation solutions.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to ensure successful execution of shipments.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 + years of carrier sales or transportation brokerage experience.
• Established network of refrigerated (reefer) carriers.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced logistics environment.
