About the role

We are seeking a motivated Call Center Sales Representative to join a fast‑growing U.S. men’s grooming brand. The role is fully remote and focuses on converting warm consumer leads into paid memberships and recurring subscriptions.

Key responsibilities

  • Call and follow up with warm inbound leads generated from website forms, events, and marketing campaigns.
  • Handle a high daily call volume of 100–200 calls, building rapport quickly.
  • Guide prospects through the sales process and close memberships and subscriptions.
  • Maintain consistent follow‑up via phone and messaging to meet conversion targets.
  • Achieve activity and revenue targets on a regular basis.

Required profile

  • Proven experience in high‑volume phone sales or B2C closing.
  • Strong English communication skills and confident phone presence.
  • Ability to manage high call volumes and control conversations to drive outcomes.
  • Comfortable working in performance‑driven environments.

Required skills

  • Experience with CRM tools such as Monday.com.
  • Experience with HubSpot.

What we offer

  • Part‑time schedule (20‑30 hours per week) with potential to move to full‑time.
  • Remote work aligned with MST/CST time zones, including some weekend hours.
  • Competitive hourly rate of $9 USD.
