Senior Account Manager – Bilingual (Bogotá)

About the role

The Senior Account Manager is the human voice of Cielo across Safe Transfers, Tours & Experiences, and B2B Media & Partnerships. Based in the Zona T office, you will own a diverse portfolio of clients—from hotels paying millions of COP each month to families booking day tours—ensuring every account feels like the most important one.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all assigned accounts, handling renewals, growth opportunities, and day‑to‑day issues.
• Drive renewal conversations and identify upsell possibilities to increase revenue.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales Director, Transfers GM, Tours Manager, marketing team, and founder to deliver on client expectations.
• Analyze account data to tell a clear story and guide strategic decisions.
• Maintain high client satisfaction through proactive communication and problem solving.

Required profile

• Proven experience in account management or client‑facing roles, preferably in travel, hospitality or related services.
• Comfortable managing a wide range of client sizes and budgets.
• Strategic mindset combined with operational execution skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish.
