Customer Collaboration Specialist

About the role

Join Mondelēz International as a Customer Collaboration Specialist and become the primary liaison for a portfolio of strategic customers. You will drive service excellence, resolve issues, and use data insights to enhance supply‑chain performance and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the single point of contact for assigned customers, managing escalations, complaints and disputes.
• Support business and commercial goals by meeting service targets, improving internal processes, and building collaborative relationships across functions.
• Partner with the order‑fulfilment team to monitor KPIs, conduct root‑cause analysis and implement improvement initiatives.
• Analyse customer data to track on‑shelf availability, depot‑to‑store service, stock levels and promotional performance, and translate insights into actionable decisions.
• Lead key‑customer projects, ensure Best‑in‑Class service levels (OTIF, DOI, WOFF, R&R), and anticipate risks that could affect service delivery.
• Coordinate governance activities, align stakeholder expectations and drive end‑to‑end service excellence.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing customers in fast‑moving consumer goods or a related distribution channel.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a customer‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to influence multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Proactive, accountable, flexible and comfortable working in a team‑focused environment.
