Senior Bookkeeper (Remote, QuickBooks Online)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Bookkeeper to join our team remotely. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records for U.S.-based clients, using QuickBooks Online, and providing insights that support data‑driven decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Perform day‑to‑day bookkeeping tasks and manage client financial records.
• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements.
• Reconcile accounts and record journal entries in accordance with standard practices.
• Utilize QuickBooks Online for efficient financial management and reporting.
• Support clients with financial decision‑making by delivering accurate data.

Required profile

• Proven experience in bookkeeping and finance, preferably with U.S. businesses.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines independently.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., QuickBooks Certification) or a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field are preferred.
• Experience working with small to mid‑sized companies is a plus.
