Senior Fullstack Engineer

About the role

Svitla Systems Inc. seeks a Senior Fullstack Engineer to join an agile team building an AI‑driven Investor Relations Operations Platform. You will work on both front‑end and back‑end components of a high‑impact product used by more than 2,600 public companies worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain MERN‑stack applications in an agile environment.
• Write clean, well‑documented code and unit‑tests following the company’s software development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with QA, product owners, and designers to deliver high‑quality features.
• Participate in sprint planning, user‑story refinement, and estimation.
• Mentor junior developers and help raise the overall productivity of the team.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and lead development of major components.

Required profile

• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• 2+ years of hands‑on experience with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js).
• Proven ability to design and implement full‑stack solutions.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
