About the role
DHL Express seeks a strategic leader to shape and deliver sales training and development initiatives across Colombia. The Senior Manager will drive commercial capability, coach sales teams, and foster a high‑performance culture aligned with the company’s growth objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Design, launch and continuously improve sales and leadership training programs.
- Lead the rollout of the Sales Academy for new hires and existing sales staff.
- Coach sales leaders to enhance execution, performance and talent development.
- Monitor training effectiveness, track employee progress and report on development metrics.
- Identify and disseminate best practices to promote a high‑performance environment.
- Collaborate with local and regional stakeholders to support commercial excellence initiatives.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Marketing or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of successful commercial or sales experience.
- At least 3 years leading sales teams or commercial development projects.
- Proven experience in sales training, coaching or talent development.
- Advanced level of English.
- Strong communication, influencing and strategic thinking abilities.
Required skills
- Advanced English proficiency.
