Senior Paid Advertising Strategist

About the role

Power Digital, an AI-native growth firm, is hiring a Senior Paid Advertising Strategist for a remote position in Colombia. The role leads performance marketing strategy and execution across complex, high-value accounts, owning campaign planning, optimizations, reporting, QA and proactive client communication, while mentoring junior talent and integrating channels.

Key responsibilities

• Lead performance marketing strategy and execution for marquee accounts, ensuring delivery against client goals
• Run thorough QA to protect client revenue and ensure accurate budget pacing, advising on budget changes
• Recommend strategies proactively across channels and analyze campaign data and client sources of truth (MMTs) to build insights
• Maintain client testing roadmaps and project manage experiments
• Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams, escalate performance risks early, and act as a strategic leader in the department and account teams
• Complete new business appraisals, support junior talent through coaching and team ceremonies, and use AI and the Nova ecosystem to improve workflows

Required profile

• 4-5 years of digital marketing experience, including 3+ years in an agency setting
• 3-4 years of hands-on experience with at least two paid channels, including campaign development, bid optimization, keyword research and ad copy
• Advanced English, both spoken and written

Required skills

• Expert knowledge of at least two channels such as Google/Bing, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat or YouTube
• Google Analytics and Microsoft/Google Office suite
• Funnel marketing and paid media, attribution, incrementality and measurement frameworks
