Senior Recruiter

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Senior Recruiter to join our fully remote staffing team that connects Latin American talent with U.S.-based companies. The role is full‑time, English‑speaking, and operates on Central Standard Time (09:00‑17:00 CST). You will own end‑to‑end recruiting workflows, keep internal teams aligned, and ensure a smooth, professional experience for candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct interviews and screen resumes for a variety of positions.
• Coordinate interview schedules and maintain consistent communication with candidates.
• Post job openings on LinkedIn and keep the candidate database clean and organized.
• Track recruiting pipelines, prioritize and escalate processes as needed.
• Communicate updates across recruiting, sales, and social media teams.
• Own recruiting workflows, proactively solve blockers, and conduct outreach when necessary.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, customer service, or a similar client‑facing role.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Highly detail‑oriented, organized, and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Reliable high‑speed internet and a functional computer.
