Social Media Manager – Remote, Full‑Time

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Social Media Manager who lives and breathes social platforms. This full‑time remote role goes beyond scheduling – you will own strategy, content creation, community growth, and performance across a suite of B2B and investor‑focused channels.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive audits of 10 existing social accounts and develop improvement plans.
• Design platform‑specific content strategies and maintain structured calendars for LinkedIn, X (Twitter), StockTwits, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Reddit, Bluesky, Pinterest, and others.
• Create and edit short‑form video content for Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
• Design visual assets using Canva or similar tools and repurpose content across channels.
• Monitor daily engagement, comments, DMs, and community interactions, adapting tone per platform.
• Grow organic communities, especially on Reddit and StockTwits, by authentic participation and trend monitoring.
• Boost high‑performing posts with native promotion tools and manage modest paid budgets.
• Analyze reach, engagement, and growth metrics to continuously refine strategy.

Required profile

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.

Required skills
