Digital Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a strategic and versatile Digital Project Manager to lead a variety of digital and traditional projects from concept to delivery. The ideal candidate thrives in fast‑paced environments, balances structure with creativity, and turns complex plans into measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, lead and execute projects end‑to‑end, defining timelines, scopes, budgets and team workflows.
• Drive production processes for web, app and omnichannel marketing initiatives, ensuring high‑quality, on‑time delivery.
• Assign and guide tasks across multidisciplinary internal teams and external collaborators.
• Own financial performance: estimate costs, control budgets, negotiate with suppliers and ensure profitability.
• Communicate clearly with clients and stakeholders, managing expectations and delivering strategic proposals.
• Anticipate and mitigate risks to keep projects on track.
• Maintain quality standards across all deliverables, aligning with briefs and objectives.
• Collaborate with Strategy, Accounts, Data and Creative teams to unlock optimal outcomes.
• Manage suppliers and external teams while handling sensitive information securely.
• Continuously improve project management processes and adapt across multiple project types.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience managing projects in digital or traditional marketing environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Project Management or a related field; PMP certification is a plus.
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to estimate, track and optimise budgets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team leadership and client‑facing work.
• High adaptability, organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Proactive problem‑solver comfortable navigating web and app development processes.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Experience in creative agencies, media environments or martech solutions is a plus.
