About the role
We are looking for a bilingual Specialist in Customer Acquisition to lead a B2B sales team and drive revenue growth. In this position you will combine strategic coaching, data‑driven forecasting, and strong client relationship management to achieve ambitious sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the team to meet weekly, monthly and quarterly business targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and maintain up‑to‑date data in the CRM system.
- Remove roadblocks, resolve challenges and support sales opportunities for the team.
- Monitor call time, productivity and conduct weekly performance reviews and coaching sessions.
- Analyze performance and customer experience trends to develop strategic sales plays and best practices.
- Stay informed on market and client service developments and share insights with the team.
- Act as escalation point for client issues and maintain strong client relationships.
- Collaborate with the Sales Director and external clients on reporting, forecasting and incentive coordination.
Required profile
- 1+ year proven experience in a customer‑service sales role or 6+ months in B2B sales.
- Passion for delivering excellent customer experiences and driving team results.
- Experience in operations, strategy building and change management.
- Demonstrated coaching ability and a track record of developing and retaining employees.
- Experience maximizing revenue through best practices.
Required skills
- Salesforce (or similar CRM) proficiency.
