About the role

We are looking for a consultative Sales Consultant based in Colombia to drive customer success and revenue growth for AI‑enabled scientific products and solutions. The role focuses on onboarding, training, and integrating advanced digital capabilities across life‑science organizations in the Andean region and the Caribbean.

Key responsibilities

  • Enable customers through onboarding, training sessions, and workflow integration.
  • Apply value‑based, consultative selling to position CAS products and solutions.
  • Manage and grow commercial, academic, and government accounts.
  • Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities in life sciences and digital research.
  • Deliver workshops, trainings, and events for diverse audiences.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and support sales forecasting.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Life Sciences, or a related field (Ph.D. preferred).
  • Proven experience in consultative sales, business development, or account management.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to articulate ROI and business impact.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Willingness to travel regionally up to 30% of the time.
