About the role
ATAIN is hiring trilingual customer service agents fluent in English and Portuguese for an on-site position in Bogotá. The role is full-time (42 hours per week) under a permanent contract, in a dynamic international environment with growth potential.
Key responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries by phone, chat or email in both English and Portuguese.
- Provide timely and accurate information and support.
- Ensure excellent customer experiences in every interaction.
Required profile
- English level B2 or higher.
- Portuguese level B2 or higher.
- Customer service experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
