Young Professional – Learning & Development (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Young Professional to join our Learning & Development team at BairesDev. This remote position offers an entry‑level opportunity to support the design, coordination and delivery of training initiatives across a global technology company.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning, logistics and execution of training programs, workshops and learning events.
• Support the creation of learning materials such as presentations, guides and e‑learning modules.
• Maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) by organizing and updating content.
• Gather and analyse participant feedback to help improve learning programs.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify training needs and develop targeted solutions.
• Track and report L&D metrics to measure the impact of initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business Administration or related field, or currently pursuing one.
• Strong interest in training, talent development or instructional design.
• Creative, organized and comfortable using digital tools and learning platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
