Account Executive (Bilingual EN/ES)

About the role

Mazdi is a remote, international marketing agency that brings together people from different countries and cultures to create marketing that goes beyond a single market. It is looking for an Account Executive to support the day-to-day management of client relationships and projects, working closely with Account Directors, clients and internal creative and digital teams. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with people, keeping projects organized and solving problems.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for assigned clients
• Build strong, professional relationships with clients and understand their business needs
• Coordinate projects and deliverables across creative, digital and other internal teams
• Translate client requests into clear internal briefs, tasks and next steps
• Follow up on deadlines, approvals, feedback and deliverables
• Keep clients informed about project progress and proactively communicate potential issues

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in account management, account coordination, project coordination or a similar role, preferably in a marketing, advertising, digital or creative agency
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with good English
• Ability to manage multiple clients, projects and deadlines at once
• Comfortable working with creative, digital and cross-functional teams and with project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana or Monday.com
• Good understanding of digital marketing and agency workflows
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Cultural awareness and ability to collaborate with people from different backgrounds and markets
