Account Executive – Payments (Farming)

About the role

TOPPAN Security, the international development arm of the TOPPAN Group in the security domain, is looking for an Account Executive – Payments (Farming) based in Bogotá. The role manages, retains and grows an assigned portfolio of customers in Colombia, working with banks, financial institutions, fintechs, payment processors and other players in the payments ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute account plans with revenue, retention, portfolio penetration and growth objectives.
• Expand business in existing accounts through cross-selling and upselling payment products and services.
• Map decision-makers and stakeholders and anticipate renewals, tenders, migrations, regulatory changes and innovation opportunities.
• Maintain a strong opportunity pipeline and accurate CRM records, and prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
• Lead business reviews and coordinate with Operations, Customer Service, Finance, Product, Presales and Supply Chain to meet commitments.
• Negotiate proposals, renewals and commercial agreements while protecting pricing, margins and payment terms.
• Monitor satisfaction, churn risk and competition, and handle commercial or operational incidents proactively.

Required profile

• 3-4 years of experience managing and developing B2B accounts, preferably with banks, financial institutions, fintechs, acquirers, issuers or processors in Colombia's payments ecosystem.
• End-to-end corporate customer relationship management, including service follow-up, retention, renewals and account growth.
• Knowledge of consultative sales cycles, proposals, negotiation, procurement and tender processes, supplier qualification and contracts.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, International Business or a related field.
• English at B1 level or above; availability for customer visits and travel within Colombia.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM, Excel and presentation tools.
• Commercial analysis and disciplined negotiation.
