Account Manager (Bilingual Spanish – English)

About the role

Practice360 seeks an energetic, highly organized, and client‑focused Account Manager to deliver an exceptional experience for every client. The role serves as the main point of contact, ensuring clear communication, project tracking, and client support throughout the partnership.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day communication with assigned clients and lead monthly calls or Zoom meetings.
• Present performance reports, collect client feedback, and document conversations in the CRM.
• Track deliverables, deadlines, approvals, and coordinate with content, design, video, SEO, web, and operations teams.
• Identify at‑risk clients early, support upsell opportunities, and ensure clients feel heard and valued.

Required profile

• Strong communicator with excellent follow‑up skills and confidence speaking with clients over phone and Zoom.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Understanding of marketing, social media, websites, SEO, or creative services.
• Professional, proactive, positive, and solution‑focused attitude.
• Willingness to work in US time zones (PST, EST, CST) and at least a high school diploma or equivalent.
