Account Manager Logistics

About the role

Charger Logistics Inc. is seeking a motivated Account Manager to strengthen relationships with our logistics customers and drive growth across North America. You will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring client needs are met while supporting the company’s competitive pricing and service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through constant communication.
• Manage customer expectations and deliver exceptional service.
• Collaborate with the Implementation team to ensure pricing accuracy.
• Participate in rate matrix reviews, calculations, and preparation of customer presentations for large‑spend bids.
• Ensure customer commitments are met by coordinating internal teams and operational tasks.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in target markets.
• Assist the Customer Service Manager in delivering optimal transportation solutions.
• Maintain a database of clients, prospects, partners, and vendors.
• Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitor activity.
• Perform administrative duties such as preparing sales budgets, reports, and expense accounts.

Required profile

• Proven track record in account management, appointment setting, presenting, pricing, and closing deals.
• 2+ years of sales and account management experience in transportation or logistics (preferred).
• Recent degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Experience in an analyst or pricing role is an asset.
• Ability to understand business processes and propose technology‑driven solutions.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Independent work capability as well as teamwork orientation.
