About the role
We are seeking a strategic, performance‑driven Account Manager to join Noetic Creative, a fast‑growing digital marketing agency that helps brands scale through data‑driven marketing and high‑performing creative. This remote position goes beyond traditional client servicing, requiring deep understanding of performance marketing and the ability to lead both clients and internal teams.
Key responsibilities
- Drive clarity, momentum, and results across client accounts.
- Collaborate with media buyers, creatives, strategists, and leadership to align campaigns with client goals.
- Monitor and discuss metrics, KPIs, campaign performance, and growth strategies with clients and internal teams.
- Manage multiple accounts and coordinate cross‑functional teams.
Required profile
- 3+ years of experience in account management, client services, or a similar role within a digital marketing agency.
- Strong agency background with proven understanding of performance marketing and paid media strategy.
- Excellent communication and client management skills, with English proficiency at C1 level or higher.
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to thrive in a fast‑moving remote environment.
- Experience in B2B settings.
