Join Operations Army in a dynamic, fully remote role that sits at the intersection of financial precision and client excellence. We are looking for a meticulous Accountant & Customer Support Specialist to manage our daily financial operations while ensuring seamless communication and support, operating strictly during US business hours.

Missions principales

• Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries.
• Execute full-cycle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions.
• Perform monthly reconciliations for bank accounts, credit cards, and balance sheets.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure financial integrity.
• Generate essential financial reports, including P&L statements and balance sheets.
• Ensure strict compliance with US GAAP standards and internal company policies.
• Assist with payroll processing, expense tracking, and tax preparation coordination.
• Identify financial discrepancies and proactively propose process improvements.

Profil recherché

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2 to 5+ years of professional accounting experience, ideally working with US-based clients.
• Strong working knowledge of US GAAP principles.
• Proven ability to work autonomously in a 100% remote environment.
• Exceptional organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client support.

Competences requises

• Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or NetSuite).
• Advanced mastery of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience with payroll systems (Gusto, ADP) is a significant plus.
• Financial analysis and budgeting capabilities.
