Accountant

About the role

We are a growth financing marketplace dedicated to helping small business owners access capital and financial management services. We are seeking five accountants to join our team and support our mission by ensuring accurate financial records and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Record and process accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries.
• Assist in preparing financial statements and reports in line with US GAAP.
• Perform regular bank, credit‑card, and ledger reconciliations.
• Support tax compliance, audits, and filing requirements.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to maintain smooth accounting operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of accounting experience, preferably from a Big Four firm.
• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in financial reporting.
• Advanced English proficiency; Spanish is a plus.
• Willingness to learn new tools and adapt to evolving technologies.
