Accounting Analyst

About the role

We are looking for an Accounting Analyst to ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance and reconciliation for our SaaS platform and banking operations. Addi is a leading financial platform in Colombia, serving over 2 million customers and 20 000 merchants with banking and commerce solutions. The role is critical to maintaining data integrity, improving reporting processes and supporting regulatory requirements, contributing to the company’s financial health.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver weekly supplier and partner reports with 100% accuracy and on schedule.
• Provide tax‑related support within five days after month‑end, achieving full stakeholder satisfaction.
• Support internal and external requests, maintaining high organization and responsiveness.
• Reduce the month‑end close cycle to 8‑9 calendar days within the first six months.
• Reconcile assigned accounts within six calendar days.
• Implement at least two process improvements that measurably increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with Treasury, FP&A and Capital Markets to produce insightful financial analysis.
