Accounting Analyst – Remote (AP/AR, QuickBooks)

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Accounting Analyst to support multiple clients in a fast‑moving, high‑trust fractional model. The role focuses on core accounting tasks such as AP/AR, bookkeeping, reconciliations, data entry, and analysis, delivering accurate financial information for strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, including payment processing, balance tracking, and reconciliations.
• Perform bookkeeping, data entry, and maintain financial records in QuickBooks and other internal tools.
• Support month‑end close, financial reporting, and variance analysis.
• Assist with payroll administration, cash‑flow tracking, and runway visibility.
• Help implement financial software and ensure data accuracy across systems.
• Document and continuously improve processes by creating SOPs for recurring workflows.
• Provide client‑facing operational support when required.

Required profile

• Previous experience in accounting, finance operations, or related administrative finance roles.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English (C1 level or higher).
• Self‑motivated, adaptable, and comfortable managing priorities across multiple clients.
