Accounts Receivable Coordinator – QuickBooks (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Accounts Receivable Coordinator to lead a fast‑growing AR and Collections team. This fully remote position operates on Pacific Time and requires hands‑on expertise with QuickBooks and a strong ownership mindset.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise a team of five AR Specialists based in Mexico.
• Run and analyze weekly aging reports to monitor outstanding receivables.
• Ensure timely follow‑ups on past‑due accounts and handle client escalations.
• Oversee the AR inbox, assign tasks, and review transactional work (write‑offs, adjustments, recommendations).
• Support cash‑flow visibility by tracking collections performance and reporting metrics.
• Prepare reports and extract data from QuickBooks and Upflow for leadership.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Support, and Leadership teams.
• Push back when necessary to maintain accounting integrity and standards.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable or Collections management.
• Prior experience supervising teams or demonstrated strong leadership potential.
• Advanced English proficiency for daily communication.
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently.

Required skills

• Hands‑on proficiency with QuickBooks (transactional work).
• Experience using Upflow for data extraction and reporting.
